If you ever drive up and down the busy stretch of Milwaukee Ave in Glenview, just south of Euclid/Lake St and under the I-294 overpass, you wouldn’t think that it’s one of the greatest areas on the North Shore for a wedding ceremony and/or a wedding reception. Once you turn off of Milwaukee Ave. it feels like you’ve been sucked into wooded countryside that reminds you of Northern Europe, or possibly early New England America. The main country house (which was actually the family home of the Redfield’s) building and surrounding gardens and woods make the perfect setting for a wedding ceremony and reception.

Catered By Design showed off their really cool champagne flute tree which greeted the guests following the wedding ceremony…..

…..and my 2nd shooter Kasey K totally nailed this great shot of Julie through the champagne tree…..
and if you can’t drink champagne, I guess you’re just left to blow bubbles!
